Psalm 23:3 CJB

He restores my inner person,

He guides me in right paths for the sake of His own name.

Hello again! It’s been a while. I’ve missed this time with you, but my soul has been quiet, and until now, I didn’t seem to have words to share. Holy Spirit has been whispering that it was time to begin writing again, so grab your tea or coffee, and let’s pick up where we left off.

Have you ever lost your way? I know I have. It’s the “dark night of the soul,” and Psalm 88 describes the desperation one can experience when all seems lost, and we believe we are unseen and all alone.

One of the deepest needs of my heart is to be known, loved, and accepted just as I am in the moment. What is the deepest need of your heart? Do you know? Can you verbalize it? Can you put it in words and write it down? If you don’t know, I have a dear friend who would gently tell you to ask Holy Spirit, and He will tell you. He wants you to know your deepest needs so that Jesus can meet them. When you and I are lost and wandering in confusion, discouragement, grief, and sin….Jesus is pursuing us, lovingly calling our name to come home and rest in Him.

Psalm 139 reminds us that He knows everything about us because He created us. He has paths for us to walk with Him that will bring delight and fulfillment, mature us, bless those around us, and reflect His glory. Paths of peace, refreshment, and restoration. After all, you and I are created in His image. We were made to reflect His beauty and grace.

For we are the product of His hand, heaven’s poetry etched on lives, created in the Anointed, Jesus, to accomplish the good works God arranged long ago.

Ephesians 2:10 The Voice,

He knows you and me through and through and loves everything about us. When we are lost and wandering, He always knows where we are. We think we are lost, but He never loses sight of us. When we cry out to Him, He rescues us and leads us into goodness, wholeness, and His peace. He does not beat us with condemnation, shame, or anger. He calls us back to Himself to heal and restore us.

So, my coffee friends, you are known by the Creator of the Universe. Listen….hear His voice? He’s calling your name….
