Holiday Brunch Egg Bake

This egg bake is easy and quick especially if you have surprise guests drop in. You will usually have all the ingredients on hand which makes it simple yet yummy. The recipe would also be great baked in muffin tins and frozen individually for breakfasts-on-the-go or snacks.

10-12 eggs

1 lb of bacon, crisped and crumbled or breakfast sausage

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp pepper

1 tsp ground mustard

Veggies of your choice, chopped small

2 cups heavy whipping cream or half and half

2 cups shredded cheese of your choice

Whip eggs and add remaining ingredients.

Bake in greased 9×13 casserole @ 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes.
