Yes…I said donuts!! Yum!! Healthy!! You can do some searching and experimenting on Pinterest to find a clean eating recipe you like. I found this one to be super easy and quick!
2/3 cup of protein powder (I prefer a flavored protein powder instead of the taste-like-dirt kind)
2 TBL of applesauce (I used pumpkin puree)
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
2 TBL water
Mix all ingredients, fill donut pans, bake at 325 degrees F for 15-20 minutes
I like to double the recipe, wrap each individual donut in plastic wrap, and store in the fridge.
